Shipping policy

LOCAL PICKUP

• Local pickup is available in North DFW if arranged at checkout. If you opt for local pickup, you will receive a text or email with the next steps to coordinate the delivery of your product. Please email us at dandymatix@gmail.com if you have any questions.

U.S. SHIPPING

• All orders are shipped out within 3 business days of payment receipt. ("business days" referring to Monday - Friday less holidays)
• Shipping is done at your expense and the cost is determined at checkout.
• Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next business day for shipping.
• All orders ship out via UPS Ground. Please email us if you prefer a different delivery method.
• Shipping times listed at checkout are only estimates in business days and may not reflect actual delivery time. 
  

INTERNATIONAL

• Currently, Dandymatix only ships to the United States. International shipping may be available in the future.
